A Message from the CEO

Dear Subscribers of Ayuda Con Justicia Inc.

I greet you and welcome you to our site.

This site is designed as the tool that we will use to help families lift themselves out of extreme poverty. With the help and contribution of each one of you, we can do great things for our fellow men.

April 6, 2021 will be marked in history as the beginning of a great mission. This concept was revealed by God while he was in prison. For those who do not know my story, I was sentenced to 18 months in prison and one year of probation for violating IRS regulations and giving taxpayers credits for children under 17 years of age who were not eligible to receive because the children lived in Mexico. It was a very big help that benefited many families with the consequence that I went to prison and am paying a large debt to the IRS.

Now I am launching into a new project that I know will not cause me any problems. We are duly incorporated as a non-profit organization and the application has been sent to the IRS to be designated as a protected non-profit organization under the 501 (c) (3) statute.

Very soon I will upload to this site the Articles of Incorporation of the state of Arizona, the EIN approval letter tax identification number, the rules that govern us (Bylaws) and the certification of the 501 (c) (3) assignment.

Also on this page we will be uploading the account statements of the bank where your contributions are being deposited, as well as the account statement of STRIPE, the company that handles the collections where their names and business name appear. We will do all of this to be completely transparent. The beneficiaries of our work will also be displayed on this page. 100% of the contributions will go to the beneficiaries.

God is my guide and my support. You will realize through the bank statements that I will be the biggest contributor to this cause. I will be allocating my tithe of what my business (Centro de Progreso, LLC) receives for this great work. So I will be an example and I hope you will follow. Once again, WELCOME!
